Mahercatering is one of the most innovative catering offers on the national scene. With more than 30 years’ experience, Mahercatering has earned widespread recognition with numerous awards, including the coveted ‘One of the 10 best dishes of the decade’ prize (Madrid Fusión), Marqués de Desío Prize (Spanish Academy of Gastronomy), Tourism Award for Innovation (Government of Navarre) and the recent Vogue Catering Selection.
In recent years, we have represented Spain at the Aichi Universal Exhibition in Japan, the Culinary Institute of America in San Francisco, and the International Culinary Center in New York. We were in charge of the kitchen in the Spain pavilion of Expo 2008, in Saragossa, Spain, and the Champions League Gala Dinner held at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid. We also manage numerous hotels and restaurants.
